Guidelines for Paper Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts are limited to 600 words.
  • The abstract must be original and not previously published. Updates to previously published works are acceptable as long as there is substantial new information.
  • For submissions to the Young Conservation Professionals session, please indicate that you are submitting a paper to this session by including the letters YCP before the title of your abstract. For example, “YCP Conservation of Aluminum Trojan Horses". Please see the Call for Papers for further information.
  • Only online submissions made on this platform will be considered. Files and texts submitted via email will not be accepted.
  • No tables or graphs will be accepted at the abstract phase.
  • Once submitted, the abstract cannot be edited or changed.
  • When creating your account, please submit a biography of no more than 300 words. Biographies are required for the abstract review process. You can submit the biography at a later date but please do so prior to the deadline of March 31, 2018.
  • Please ensure the email address of the corresponding author is accurate, as this will be the sole method of communication regarding acceptance.
